Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, seasonal peaks, or other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout (or upon collection by you or your representative from the carrier, where applicable). Please inspect parcels on arrival and notify us promptly of any visible damage.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we may recharge shipping costs for re-dispatch. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

21 - Governing Law & Jurisdiction (New South Wales, Australia)

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum rights you may have under applicable law. The courts of New South Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
