This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the official Loverlo online store and delivered within Australia (including regional and remote areas where carriers operate).
Global Fulfillment & Origin
To offer you a wide range of unique designs at the best possible prices, we operate a direct-to-consumer model. This means your order is shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in Asia.
By cutting out the middleman and shipping directly from our manufacturing partners, we can pass the savings on to you while maintaining high quality standards.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
To ensure your order is handled efficiently, we process all purchases on working days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Processing time:
Once an order is received, it usually takes 1–2 business days for our fulfillment team to verify payment, conduct quality checks, pack the items, and hand the parcel over to our logistics partner.
Shipping time:
Once dispatched, transportation from our international center to Australia usually takes 6–8 business days.
Please note: This transit time may vary during peak periods such as holidays, adverse weather conditions, or customs processing delays.
Estimated total delivery time:
From the moment your order is placed to its arrival at your address, the total estimated time is 7–10 business days on average.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted international logistics providers to ensure that your parcel reaches you safely. Your order will be shipped via an international carrier and then handed over to a local courier for the final delivery to your doorstep.

You will receive a tracking number that covers the entire journey of your parcel.
Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within Australia. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow the real-time progress of your shipment using that link or directly through the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours after dispatch for the first tracking scan to update in the international carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Since items are shipped from outside Australia, your order may be subject to customs inspections. Australia generally has a tax-free threshold for low-value imports (under AUD 1,000), meaning most customers will not be charged extra duties.
However, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be assessed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Loverlo is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Delays & Issues
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, external factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. If you have not received your tracking link within 3 business days after placing your order, or if your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
